Pricing

Please call us for current pricing. Due to market variability of raw materials, prices are subject to change without notice. Certain specialty products may require and evaluation by our sales staff. Price quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. All sales are subject to state and local taxes where applicable.


Terms and Credit Policies

Terms of all sales are 'Net 30' days based on approval of credit. Past due invoices will incur a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% annually). Other acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa or Master Card). Customers may also elect to have their orders shipped COD.


Special/Custom Orders

Special or custom orders may require up to a 100%, non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed.


Shipping

All orders are shipped  via the appropriate carrier. Shipping charges are in addition to the quoted prices, unless otherwise noted. We will make every effort to comply with special requests for air freight

Returns

No product may be returned to CEM without prior approval. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Freight Claims

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect goods immediately upon receipt. If there is a problem with damaged or missing merchandise, the customer should either refuse the shipment or make a note on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery. CEM will assist in any way possible with claims made against the carrier; however, the initial claim must be filed by the recipient.


Warranty

Most products are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. On installed equipment, CEM warrants its work for a period of one year from the initial date of installation. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
