CEM is excited to announce our upcoming equipment manufacturer seminar on March 18th, 2026 from 8 AM to 1 PM. Representatives from the following industry-leading equipment manufacturers will be coming to our office to answer your questions and provide in-depth education around their equipment and effective pool operation:

• Pulsar (Calcium Hypochlorite Feeders and Dry Acid Feeders)

• Clear-Flow (Electronic Flocculation Systems)

• ETS (Medium-Pressure UV Systems)

• Neptune Benson (Sand Filters and Regenerative Media 'Defender' Filters)

A few items that will be covered in this seminar are:

• Better understanding operation of a pool using calcium hypochlorite chemistry to sanitize your water

• Learn about dry acid feeders and why they are a much more safe, and increasingly popular alternative to using liquid muriatic acid

• Learn about Clear-Flow electronic flocculation and why designers have begun specifying them on more of their projects to increase UVT levels (improving the effectiveness of your UV systems), the potential for water savings by reducing backwash frequency, improving water clarity, and more

• Learn more about UV technology and why a properly operating UV system makes such a big impact on your water safety and bather comfort

• Develop a more in-depth understanding of your ETS UV unit and how to maintain them regularly to ensure proper operation

• Learn more about effective swimming pool filtration and the differences between using sand filters vs. regenerative media filters (like the 'Defender' filter)
